PROBLEM & GOAL
Assessing likelihood of confusion between trademarks is expert work repeated case after case — visual, phonetic and conceptual similarity, class overlap, distinctiveness — and every hour of it is billed to someone.
SOLUTION
A front-end where the whole assessment is visible and adjustable: each factor scored and explained, counsel able to override any of it, and the resulting letter drafted from the analysis the lawyer just approved.
