PROBLEM & GOAL
Prescribing compounded hormone implants involves a regulated chain — prescriber, commercial approval, pharmacist manipulation with batch tracking, signed responsibility terms. Handled by paper and spreadsheets, it loses traceability exactly where the regulator demands it.
SOLUTION
A role-based platform where each step is a state transition on the prescription: the prescriber issues it, the commercial team approves it against an order number, and the pharmacist finalises it recording the batch of every medication — each step generating its own signed PDF and firing an audited webhook.
