MyDose turns health professionals into health businesses: a gamified patient community, guided protocols, integrated consultations and AI, spanning a NestJS API on Google Cloud Run, a web platform for experts and a React Native app published on the App Store and Google Play.

PROBLEM & GOAL
A health professional selling one-to-one consultations hits a ceiling: adherence drops between appointments, follow-up lives in WhatsApp, and revenue stops the moment the agenda is full.
SOLUTION
A multi-repo platform where the community, the protocols, the consultations and the billing are one product — habits gamified through the D.O.S.E. method to hold adherence, and the professional's recurring revenue no longer bounded by the hours in their agenda.
